Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By using Dyna Couriers' services, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications if you continue to use our services after such modifications are made.

2. Service Overview Dyna Couriers provides package and parcel delivery services within the regions we operate. We commit to delivering packages in a timely and secure manner based on the service level chosen by the customer.

3. Package Restrictions Packages sent through Dyna Couriers must not: Exceed our maximum weight and size restrictions. Contain prohibited items, including but not limited to explosives, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

4. Payment Payment is due upon the initiation of our services. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services. All payments are final unless a valid refund request is submitted and approved as per our Refund Policy.

5. Liability Dyna Couriers' liability for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to deliver is limited to the refund or replacement of the shipment's cost. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

6. Claims Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Late claims may not be honored.

7. Indemnification The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Dyna Couriers harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising due to the content of the shipped package or the customer's failure to comply with these Terms.

8. Service Delays Dyna Couriers is not liable for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs issues, or strikes. We will endeavor to provide timely updates in the event of delays.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Termination Dyna Couriers reserves the right to terminate or suspend its services to any customer for breach of these Terms.

11. Amendments We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at our sole discretion. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
