Four ways to move your cargo

Sea, air and road, out of Hong Kong and into North America and Europe. Whichever you pick, every handover is scanned and visible to you the moment it happens.

Service levels

Pick the one that fits the deadline

The difference between these is speed, handling and cost. The tracking is identical on all four — you always see every scan.

How a booking works

From your door to theirs

Four stages, in this order. You can follow all of them from the tracking page with the waybill number we issue at step one.

01

Book

Tell us the cargo, the route and the deadline. We confirm the service and issue your waybill number straight away.

02

Collect

Goods are picked up from your address, checked in at our origin office and scanned into the network.

03

Move

Each hub scans it in and out. You see the location, the time and any note our team adds against it.

04

Deliver

Signed for at the destination. The full history stays available on your waybill number afterwards.

Where we run

Three continents, one waybill

We run consolidated lanes out of Hong Kong through the Gulf into North America and Europe. Every hub on the way scans your shipment in and out, so a single number follows it the whole distance.

Choosing a service

Questions worth asking first

If the cargo is heavy or bulky and the date is flexible, container freight is usually the cheapest way to move it. If it has to land on a particular day, take express. Economy courier sits between the two for smaller parcels that are not urgent.

Yes. Collections run from Monday and our road freight handles the first leg from your address to the origin hub. Tell us the pickup address when you book and we will arrange it.

We prepare the declarations needed for the lanes we run and tell you what we need from you. Some goods, particularly herbals and medical supplies, need documentation specific to the destination — we will tell you exactly what before the shipment moves.

Explosives, hazardous materials, illegal substances and anything prohibited by law at the origin or destination. There are also weight and size limits per service. If you are unsure about your goods, ask us before booking.

By weight and volume, against the service and the lane. Send us the dimensions, the weight and both addresses and we will come back with a figure rather than an estimate.

Next step

Tell us what you are moving

Send us the cargo, the route and the date it has to arrive. We will tell you which service fits and what it costs.
