We run consolidated lanes out of Hong Kong through the Gulf into North America and Europe. Every hub on the way scans your shipment in and out.
Common questions
Before you book
It is on your booking confirmation email and starts with AWB followed by twelve digits. If you cannot find it, contact us with the collection date and address and we will look it up.
As soon as our team scans your parcel at a hub. There is no overnight batch — the moment a scan happens it appears against your waybill number with the location and time.
It is being held at its current location, usually pending customs clearance or a delivery instruction. Get in touch with your waybill number and we will tell you exactly what is needed to release it.
Explosives, hazardous materials, illegal substances and anything prohibited by law at the origin or destination. If you are unsure about your goods, ask us before booking.
